Description
Hypsizygus marmoreus (Shimeji) liquid culture. Shimeji is an excellent edible mushroom, originally from South Asia. Very popular in Asian cuisine. It is grown on hardwood sawdust. The temperature of the mycelium growth is 21-24°C, the fruiting bodies grow at a temperature of 13-18°C and a humidity of 90%.
Package: 10ml of liquid mycelium Hypsizygus marmoreus (Shimeji) and 1 sterile needle.
Storage: 4-5 months at room temperature, or 10-12 months in the refrigerator
