Description
Lentinula novae-zelandiae – New Zealand Hardy Mushroom liquid culture. It is an excellent edible mushroom similar to traditional Shiitake. We grow it on hardwood sawdust. The mycelium grows at room temperature 21-26°C, it forms fruiting bodies at temperatures from 5°C to 25°C, so it is suitable for year-round cultivation. It requires humidity above 80%. The mycelium forms a brown crust on the surface of the substrate from which the fruiting bodies grow.

Storage: 4-5 months at room temperature, or 10-12 months in the refrigerator
