Description

The magnetic stirring bar is an essential accessory for a magnetic mixer. It is used for mixing liquid mycelium. It is a permanent magnet covered in Teflon. It is resistant to high temperatures up to 300C, chemicals and does not release any chemicals or other substances. It is suitable for sterilization in a pressure cooker and autoclave. If you use it in jars with liquid mycelium (liquid culture), it is necessary to add it to the jar before sterilization, where it remains permanently, or until you use up all the mycelium. Do not open sterilized jars and do not remove the magnet, otherwise the mycelium will be immediately contaminated.
